Unfortunate update...the transmission has failed on my precious minivan. I due to the extensive rebuild I am planning, I have decided to store the van and purchased another vehicle for my daily driving needs. I have recently acquired a 1994 Lincoln Mark VIII...ohhh, ahhh, look at all the pretty buttons and switches!

How did my van come across the name Vanny? Well, to make a long story short the van was a gift from, my parents, who had named it Vanny, and everyone in my family already knew it as such, so I decided to make it easy on myself and keep the name!

I got bored one day and decided to repaint the van...well, at least prime it. I am in the process of creating a rollpan out of fiberglass...I am taking pics as I get further along.

I'm still deciding if I will lay the frame with air ride or hydraulics...there are positives and negatives of both...the hydraulics are easier to install on a front wheel drive, but there is just something about the sound of air when you lay your mini's frame!!
Yea, so I have a mini van instead of a mini truck...vans kick ass, and if you don't agree, then you can kiss off! Besides, it's paid for.
